Arjun Sirrah

Founder & CEO

Arjun Sirrah is a technical founder, operator, and investor with a track record of starting, building, and scaling innovative digital and FinTech businesses. Most recently, he served as EVP and Head of Digital & FinTech at KeyCorp, a $188B asset bank, where he helped lead the launch of a full-service national digital bank. Arjun joined Key through the ~$200M acquisition of Laurel Road, a national lender, where he was the founding CTO and 3rd employee. At Laurel Road, he built and scaled the product and engineering teams, launching over a dozen platforms that enabled more than $1B in annual originations. His work has been recognized with industry honors including American Banker’s Digital Banker of the Year and the CIO 100 Award. Arjun began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Securities Division before founding multiple startups, including Qriocity, a machine learning company he successfully sold. Along the way, he’s been an active angel investor in a range of industries, backing four companies that have gone on to become unicorns. He is passionate about building ambitious products, high-performing teams, and shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Technology. Arjun holds a degree in Finance & Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he graduated as an Honors Scholar.

Chief Operating Officer

Marci Gordon brings a rare combination of legal acumen, banking expertise, and engineering leadership developed over more than a decade working in large banks and financial technology firms. Prior to joining Titan, Marci was a member of the Corporate Strategy team at Laurel Road where she was responsible for delivering on large scale transformations. Post acquisition by KeyCorp, Marci served as COO of the KeyCorp FinTech organization, where she was heavily focused on integrating the Laurel Road Engineering team into Key’s regulatory framework and subsequent build of a full service National Digital Bank for Doctors. Marci also held positions in the Data and Governance Organization at GE Capital post the financial crisis, where she worked on readying the bank for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review financial reporting.Marci holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from New England Law.

Matt Creatore is an accomplished SaaS and Financial Services operator with a decade of experience building and scaling go-to-market organizations in complex, regulated markets. As Chief Customer & Growth Officer at Titan, he leads the GTM strategy for the company’s AI platform, helping Financial Institutions and FinTechs adopt artificial intelligence with the safety, compliance, and resilience the industry demands. Matt’s career spans Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, and startup leadership. He began in enterprise sales at TIBCO, working with Fortune 500 clients, before co-founding two startups — including one in Fintech. Most recently, he played a pivotal role at Peach as Head of Enterprise Sales, scaling next-generation infrastructure for lenders and guiding the company through rapid enterprise adoption. Matt holds a degree in in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Tom Barr

Tom Barr

VP Product

Tom Barr is a FinTech and financial services operator with deep expertise in product development and engineering. He began his career in investor relations at CIT Group before moving into FinTech, where he has built and scaled platforms at Laurel Road before and after their ~$200M acquisition by KeyBank. At Laurel Road, he led the lending platform team supporting ~$300M of monthly consumer loan originations. He helped deliver their National Digital Bank for Doctors, and helped lead the neobank's growth to over 100,000 members. He has also held senior operating roles in KeyBank's FinTech organization, working on scaling and optimizing process and technology in Key's various commercial business. Beyond operating roles, Tom has advised organizations ranging from growth-stage software companies to large-scale firms such as Insight Partners, with a focus on Data and AI-driven product strategy. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he earned a degree in Economics.

Kyle Bridges

Head of Technical Operations

Kyle Bridges is a seasoned technology and fintech executive with deep expertise in digital transformation and financial services. Most recently, he served as SVP of Digital and FinTech at KeyCorp, a ~$188 billion asset bank. He joined Key through its acquisition of XUP Payments, where he was the founding Chief Technology Officer. At XUP, Kyle led the development and scaling of a Merchant Services onboarding and servicing Platform-as-a-Service. His work connected large acquirers with multiple processors, dramatically accelerating merchant onboarding and empowering operations teams with robust tools for workflow and exception management. Following the acquisition, Kyle spearheaded the launch of multiple digital software platforms at KeyCorp, overseeing a cross-functional team focused on boosting banker productivity both in-branch and digitally. His platforms enabled enhanced cross-sell capabilities, improved throughput, and significantly reduced labor overhead across channels. Earlier in his career, Kyle spent a decade in technology consulting, delivering solutions for major financial institutions. He began his professional journey at The Home Depot headquarters, where he focused on proof-of-concept technologies. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Shaun Patterson

CTO

Shaun Patterson was most recently a Principal Engineer, Digital and FinTech at KeyCorp, a ~$188bn asset bank. He arrived via the acquisition of XUP Payments - a Fintech for merchant servicing onboarding and servicing Platform-as-a-Service - where he was the Founding Architect and led a team of 20 engineers and product managers. He has worked professionally as a software developer and architect since 2006 at several Fortune 500 companies and 2 successful startups. Shaun moved to Zurich, Switzerland to help the startup Wuala develop a secure cloud storage platform before their acquisition by LaCie and finally Seagate. Shaun graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Management Science, and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a Machine Learning specialization.

Mike King is a seasoned technologist and design leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of financial technology, artificial intelligence, and interactive product design. Before joining Titan, he served as Chief Technology Officer of Crown Discovery, leading the development of privacy-first AI and LLM platforms for the legal industry, including locally deployed, GPU-accelerated systems for document analysis and eDiscovery automation. Earlier in his career, Mike was Vice President of Interactive Design at Ikayzo, where he led UX design and engineering for enterprise fintech platforms including Laurel Road’s student loan refinancing platform (prior to KeyCorp acquisition), PIMCO’s mortgage-backed securities and bond trading suite, Kamakura’s web-based risk management system, and Contix, an early AI-driven market intelligence system launched in 2015 that leveraged natural language processing and sentiment analysis to surface actionable trade opportunities from social media trends. In recent years, Mike helped build and launch high-impact interactive experiences for Alphabet products & services including Google Earth, Google Store, and Google Fi Wireless as well as Niantic’s “point-of-interest” platform used in Pokémon Go as a Senior UX Engineer with Blinkk. His work bridges advanced engineering with human-centered design, bringing clarity and usability to complex financial and AI-driven systems.

Dave McNavish

Principal Engineer

Dave McNavish is an engineering leader with close to 20 years of experience building, scaling, and modernizing software platforms across fintech, payments, and enterprise environments. Most recently, he served as Head of Engineering at XUP Payments, where he helped build the engineering organization from the ground up, growing it to more than forty engineers and managers prior to the company’s acquisition by KeyCorp. He led the architecture and delivery of the company’s core customer-facing platform and later oversaw the team’s integration into KeyCorp’s digital and fintech organization. Dave’s work spans cloud migration, microservice design, subscription systems, and data-informed product development. He has led teams through major platform transformations, partnering closely with product, design, and business leaders to improve user experience and accelerate delivery. Dave is a hands-on builder with a track record of developing strong engineering cultures, mentoring emerging leaders, and delivering reliable systems at both startup and enterprise scale.

With over 20 years of software engineering leadership, Joseph has driven technical strategy across fintech, adtech, renewable energy, and government sectors. Previously, as CIO at Ikayzo for nine years, he helped propel Laurel Road onto the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list, leading to acquisition by a Fortune 500 bank. He also led development of an edge-of-grid, smart energy management ecosystem offering intelligent real-time adaptive control of the public power grid while optimizing in-home loads. This client was also recognized by Inc. as a top 500 in their sector before acquisition by a public entity. His work managing multi-billion dollar AUM or mission-critical projects and recently developing ML pipelines at Attain processing and reporting on tens of millions of daily impressions demonstrates his ability to build high-scale, production-grade systems. He holds an M.S. in E-Commerce from Carnegie Mellon University with Honors and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii with Distinction. Joe combines deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS), and modern AI/ML frameworks with a pragmatic understanding of business strategy and pre-sales. His leadership spans hiring and team building, technical architecture, code implementation, and stakeholder communication—making him effective at translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for regulated industries.

With nearly 20 years of experience, David’s true passion in software development is to identify the heart of a project's problem and come up with an effective solution while ensuring consistent and stable software deliveries. While at Ikayzo, David built the rapid development process and delivery pipelines that drove Laurel Road’s success and acquisition by KeyBank. While at Attain, David built the machine-learning delivery pipelines and infrastructure that daily inferred the purchase trends of the American population using accumulated purchase data totaling $700B+ and from various demographic sources. David graduated from the University of Waterloo, a prestigious university well-known for their computer science program.

Founding Distinguished Engineer

Kiru is an experienced technology leader with over two decades of building enterprise-grade products and software across multiple industries. He previously led and scaled engineering teams at high-growth Canadian startups including Xtreme Labs (acquired by Pivotal Labs) and Top Hat in the retail and education sectors. At Top Hat, a digital-first education platform, he spearheaded the launch of their initial mobile platform and helped scale the company from serving a handful of institutions to over 500. Most recently, Kiru was one of the founding engineers at Laurel Road, where he helped build the core banking and lending platforms from the ground up. Following Laurel Road’s ~$200M acquisition by KeyBank, he was instrumental in scaling the engineering organization and launching Key’s National Digital Bank, which has since grown into a flagship platform within the $188B asset bank. Kiru graduated from the University of Waterloo – Canada’s premier Engineering program – with a degree in Nanotechnology Engineering.

Barry Gilliand is a veteran sales and operations leader with more than 30 years of experience leading and developing go to market operations and technology transformation in banking, finance, commercial, and government environments. As VP of Business Development at Titan, he helps Banks and Financial Institutions adopt safe, explainable, and compliant AI solutions that strengthens their core operations and improves efficiencies. Barry began his career with Pitney Bowes and later transitioned to Quadient where he worked closely with a diverse mix of clients including Fortune 100 businesses, Large Financial Institutions, Regional Banks, and Community Banks, helping transform their operational technology and improve productivity. His deep understanding of how financial institutions function, and commitment to customer satisfaction, shapes Titan’s practical, partnership-driven approach to AI adoption. Barry attended Jacksonville State University and is an avid golfer. He is involved with several charities including the First Tee where he has served as a coach, volunteer and ongoing contributor.

Alejandra is a FinTech and financial services professional with over 16 years of experience spanning banking, SaaS platforms, and API-driven financial technology. She has built a career at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer engagement, helping financial institutions modernize their lending, servicing, and core banking operations. Most recently, she served as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Peach Finance, where she led technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept implementations for enterprise lenders and fintechs. She partnered closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable configurations and created standardized frameworks that strengthened the pre-sales and implementation handoff processes. Prior to Peach, Alejandra spent six years at Mambu, one of the world’s leading cloud banking platforms. In her role as Solutions Consultant for North America, she worked with prospects and existing customers to shape banking and lending architectures, deliver API-driven product demos, lead POCs, and guide financial institutions through technology evaluations and integration strategies. Earlier at Mambu, she worked as an Implementation Consultant, leading core banking implementations, managing large-scale migrations, and partnering with engineering teams to address regional product gaps and regulatory needs. Her earlier career includes multiple roles at Bancolombia across cash management, business analysis, and project execution, as well as retail banking experience at TD Bank U.S. Alejandra holds a Master of Science in Fintech from the University of Central Florida and degrees in Industrial and Financial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.

Clare is a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Computer Science. A National Merit Scholar, she graduated with honors and completed specialized coursework in Machine Learning and Cybersecurity, along with business-focused coursework in data science and data visualization. Through her academic work and research in network security, Clare developed a strong interest in helping organizations make informed, data-driven decisions by translating complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Clare has a deep interest in foreign cultures and has volunteered with the Japan America Society of Oklahoma. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a year-long study abroad program in Japan, where she achieved fluency in Japanese.

Blake Paulson served as Acting Comptroller of the Currency.Mr. Paulson held several leadership positions at the OCC during his career. Prior to his service as Acting Comptroller, Mr. Paulson served as Senior Deputy Comptroller for Supervision Risk and Analysis. Following Acting Comptroller Hsu’s appointment, Mr. Paulson returned to this role until he retired in in August 2022. As SDC for Supervision Risk and Analysis, Mr. Paulson oversaw OCC’s staff responsible for Systemic Risk Identification Support and Specialty Supervision, Supervision System and Analytical Support, Economic and Policy Analysis, and Risk Analysis. He was a member of the OCC’s Executive Committee and was designated the Chief National Bank Examiner in April 2020. Before this role, Mr. Paulson served as the Senior Deputy Comptroller and Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for OCC bank supervision and OCC management operations. Mr. Paulson also served as Senior Deputy Comptroller for Midsize and Community Bank Supervision and was responsible for supervising nearly 1,100 national banks and federal savings associations, as well as nearly 1,600 OCC employees. He also was the Deputy Comptroller for the agency’s Central District where he was responsible for the oversight of community banks and federal savings associations, independent data service providers and trust companies across the upper Midwest. Before serving as Deputy Comptroller, Mr. Paulson was the Associate Deputy Comptroller in the Central District, where he oversaw nine field offices, and was an Assistant Deputy Comptroller for Midsize Bank Supervision where he was responsible for a portfolio of national banks with total assets between $10 billion and $30 billion. Mr. Paulson joined the OCC in 1986 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Mr. Paulson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Jamie Warder is Chief Information Officer and EVP Business Strategy at Alliant Credit Union. Jamie was formerly Chief Digital Officer for Key Bank with responsibility for Key's digital properties and its Laurel Road business. Prior to joining Key, Jamie served as the President of USAA Bank in San Antonio, Texas. Previous experience include P&L, product, operations, and channel roles at Capital One and PNC Bank. Before banking, Jamie was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company and served a variety of clients on strategy and operational topics in both North America and Europe. Prior to transitioning to a business career, Jamie was a Captain in the United States Army serving as an armor and cavalry officer. Jamie was Chairman of the Board for USAA Savings Bank and has served on the boards of clearXchange/Zelle, Early Warning System, and a variety of non-profit boards. Jamie graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He also earned an MBA with High Distinction (George Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.
